wefox, a prominent insurtech firm, has been selected as the affinity insurance partner for WINDTRE, a major telecommunications company in Italy. In order to provide insurance directly to its customers, WINDTRE has launched its own insurance agency called WINDTRE Assicurazioni.
Through the partnership, wefox will offer a range of services and consultation, using its innovative and modular technology platform. This platform will enable customers to easily and quickly activate insurance products in-store, through digital means. The initial launch includes two insurance products, home and travel insurance, with more products to follow. Net Insurance and AXA Partners Italia are the first insurance carriers involved in this multi-product and multi-insurer offering.
The collaboration between wefox and WINDTRE is a long-term commitment, lasting for 10 years. WINDTRE customers will benefit from transparent and easily understandable insurance products that cater to their specific needs.
