Specifically, Mastercard Academy Middle East and Africa (MEA) will work alongside BIBF’s Payments Academy to develop an academic and training module. This module will focus on enhancing technical performance and leadership qualities for professionals in the financial sector. The collaboration is expected to improve customer satisfaction and the effectiveness of financial services in Bahrain. Additionally, it will help boost education and build a knowledge-based economy in the country. The partnership will also provide new career opportunities for individuals in Bahrain and the GCC region. The BIBF, recognized for its value and quality programs, offers over 300 different courses and enrolls close to 20,000 trainees annually. Mastercard’s investment in skill development across the Middle East and Africa is aimed at creating a qualified pool of human resources to guide the future of the financial sector in the region. With a focus on thought leadership, the collaboration seeks to tap into the youth’s energy and creativity to realize a ‘World Beyond Cash’.
