Retail Welcomed: Apex to Introduce Fixed-Income Investing Platform in 2023

Apex Fintech Solutions recently announced the launch of their new fixed-income investing platform, which aims to provide everyday retail investors with direct access to invest in fixed-income assets such as corporate bonds and treasuries. With this new solution, retail investors will now have the opportunity to diversify their portfolios and benefit from the yield that fixed-income investments can offer.

The company acknowledges that the retail investor market has historically been excluded from participating in fixed-income investing due to industry and structural barriers. Apex aims to change this by offering retail investors the ability to invest in fixed-income assets in the same way they can currently invest in equities, through fractional ownership.

Bill Capuzzi, CEO of Apex, emphasized the company’s mission to democratize investing and to provide equal opportunities for all investors. He stated, “There is no reason that the average investor should be left on the sidelines when it comes to fixed-income. Our entire mission at Apex is to democratize investing, which is why we knew we had to clear an easier path for retail investors to fixed-income.”

Apex claims that their new platform is the first of its kind in the industry, offering fractional ownership of fixed-income assets. In the past, retail investors faced difficulties in accessing fixed-income markets as they were mainly dominated by institutional investors. Large trade sizes, higher minimum investments, pricing opacity, and dealer-to-dealer relationships were just some of the barriers that prevented retail investors from participating. However, with Apex’s platform, retail investors will now have the opportunity to include fixed-income assets in their portfolios through fractional ownership, providing them with a modern and equity-like investment experience.

The platform is currently in development and is set to launch in the coming weeks. Apex has collaborated with Moment Technology to create a more accessible and cost-effective fractional fixed-income investing experience for their clients, including fintech companies that wish to offer this solution to their own customers.

Overall, Apex Fintech Solutions hopes to revolutionize fixed-income investing by providing everyday retail investors with equal access and opportunities in the market. This move not only benefits Apex but also empowers all investors and fintech companies, highlighting the company’s commitment to innovation and inclusion in the retail investment space.
